‘The Walking Dead’ Is ‘Working On’ Bringing Maggie Back With Lauren Cohan’s Show Cancelled – Forbes

The Walking Dead
The Walking Dead AMC After seven years on The Walking Dead, Lauren Cohan wanted to expand into other projects, but so far, that hasn’t worked out all that well, unfortunately. Her last three major films have been Mile 22, All Eyez On Me and The Boy, clocking in at 22%, 18% and 30% on Rotten Tomatoes respectively. The big reason she left the show was to film Whiskey Cavalier, an ABC spy series, which was cancelled after one season. That’s…the complete decimation of anything resembling Hilltop leadership. The Walking Dead AMC So, the time would seem right for Maggie to finally get one of the letters people have been sending her and return to the series. It would seem like it would a prime moment for Cohan to return, given that the show is about to lose another huge actress, Danai Gurira, who should only be around for a handful of season 10 episodes as she leaves to pursue other projects (it seems unlikely she’d be killed, but probably abducted or go in search of Rick to show ....
